Frequently asked questions
How many detectors does an apartment need?
It depends on the layout – usually the entrance door and main rooms are protected. We define the exact number during the survey.
Will my pet trigger the alarm?
We use pet-immune detectors up to a set weight and position them to reduce false alarms.
What happens during a power or internet outage?
Control panels have backup batteries and many models support a backup mobile connection. The exact capabilities are listed in the quote.
Do you provide monitoring?
We do not provide security guarding services. The system can be connected to a licensed monitoring centre of your choice.
